Do you ship to my Country/State/City?

We ship everywhere! If you have an address, we get the pillow to you. Keep reading for more information on both Domestic and International shipping.

When and how will you ship my pillows?

All pillows are handmade to order and take 3-6 weeks before they are ready to ship. We can sometimes accommodate rush orders for special occasions. Please contact us via the form to the left to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Shipping costs are based on weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to.

U.S. Shipping: 

- All Domestic packages either ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, dependent on weight. Shipping will be calculated during checkout.

International Shipping:

- International packages ship via First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International, depending on weight.
- Please be aware that delays in shipping and customs can occur. While we will do our best to minimize your costs, you may be responsible for customs fees or taxes. 

Rush Shipping:

- Express shipping is available both Domestically and Internationally. Costs vary, so send us a note and we'll find out how much.


What is your return/refund policy?

- All returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

- If you suspect your package was lost, please send us a message and we will try to track it down. Try to contact your local post office as sometimes packages get held for one reason or another. It always helps to check there first.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS - No refunds or returns can be made on custom orders. I'll work very closely with you to get you the best possible pillow, so the odds of this are pretty slim!

- No refunds will be made on packages that are sent back to us due to failure to deliver. The buyer will have to pay for shipping again for any packages over 2+ pillows, and any Priority Mail International packages.

 

 

 

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, and PayPal. Sorry, but we cannot accept cash, check, or money order at this time.

Is my information secure?

We will never sell, exchange, or disclose any of your personal info to anyone. The only info we gather is used for the sole reason of processing your order.
